We know that other villas charge you more if you want to rent a villa for school holidays or other peak periods. The airlines have this off to a fine art – they charge twice the normal rate. We don’t think this is fair – we have a flat rate, whatever the week of the year – our costs remain the same throughout the year. We only ask that you pay extra for pool heating at $100 per week. The weekly rental is $1000 or £650. No hidden extras or charges. This covers the local sales and tourist taxes of 10% and electricity and water usage. The management company will take a security deposit on your credit card to cover any breakages or damage – this is refunded – all being well. For periods longer than three weeks we can offer a discount – please contact us by phone, fax or email to enquire. Ways to pay – send us a check or wire the funds to us. Please email for details. The villa is available from 4.00 pm on the first day and we ask you to vacate by 11.00 am. The minimum rental period is one week – but again we are flexible and don’t insist that you have to stick to a certain day to arrive and depart. If you want 10 days just ask – if we can accommodate you, we will, at the additional daily rate of $145 / £95.
