Den
After
entering Eadon Villa, to your immediate left is the den area with
comfortable sofa and coffee table. This is a quiet area for reading
and conversation. The theme of the den and dining area is tulip.
Dining Room
Next
to the den is a dining room with glass table and six chairs under
a high ceiling. The dining room is close to the kitchen area for
ease of use
Master Bedroom with En-Suite
Off
the main hallway, to your left, is the main bedroom, with dressing
table, queen size bed and two bed-side cabinets and lamps. The
window looks out onto the lanai. Off the main bedroom is an en-suite
bathroom with his/her washbasins, bath and spacious cupboard units,
large shower cubicle, toilet and walk in wardrobe. The theme of
the master bedroom is Italian elegance.
Lanai and Pool Area
The
bathroom leads onto the pool area. The pool is fenced with a protection
barrier, which is a legal requirement in the State of Florida. The
pool is 12’ X 28’ and there is also a hot spa. The pool
can be heated for the duration of your stay for $100 per week.
Outside the villa is lawn and occasional plants. The rear part
of the grounds are fenced making the pool area especially private.
The villa has a east exposure and backs onto preserve.
Hall
The
main entrance to Eadon Villa is through double doors which open
into a spacious hallway complete with occasional table and mirror.
Sitting Room
The
sitting room is spacious and carpeted. There is a three seat sofa,
two seat sofa and chair together with glass coffee table and large
TV. The TV is fed by satellite system with a choice of over 100
channels including local programming. On the ceiling is a fan light
for extra comfort. The main window looks out onto the pool area
and preserve beyond. There is a patio door which leads to the lanai.
The theme of the sitting room is African.
Kitchen
After
the long tiled hallway on your right you will see the spacious and
airy kitchen. The worktops are corian and provide plenty of workspace.
In the center of the kitchen is a useful base which compliments
the entire run of cupboards. The kitchen includes dishwasher, sink
and waste disposal unit, oven/hob, microwave and large refrigerator
and freezer. There is a good sized pantry/larder and desk at the
rear of the kitchen as well as a breakfast table with seating for
four. Against the breakfast bar are two bar stools. There is a small
radio/CD player.
Garage
From
the kitchen is a door into the three car garage, with storage for
the pool furniture, clothes line, and trash bin
Twin Bedroom 1
The
middle bedroom is themed “underwater” and has twin single
beds, cabinet, dressing table and closet.
Twin Bedroom 2
The
far bedroom is themed “rose” and includes twin beds,
cabinet, dressing table and closet.
Utility Room
On
the other side of the hall is a utility room with large capacity
washing machine, dryer and washing basin. It is complete with ironing
board, sweeping brush and clothes maiden.
