Overview of Eadon VillaEadon Villa is part of the secluded Sabal Harbor private residential development, situated in Bradenton located just 2.5 miles from junction 217 of I75, just north of the City of Sarasota. The area is only twenty minutes from beautiful white Gulf Coast sandy beaches and 20 minutes from Anna Maria. The traveling time to the excellent theme park of Busch Gardens is approx 45 minutes and it is 10 minutes to the extra large shopping mall at Ellenton. Overall, a great base for beach, shopping, theme park, Clearwater area and further afield. The villa was completed May 2002 and is a fully equipped and spacious 4 bed 2 bath accommodation. The villa comfortably sleeps eight, has room for three cars and two sitting/lounge areas – great for two families! The Master bedroom has satellite TV and en-suite to large bathroom, shower & separate toilet, his & her basins. There is another queen size double bedroom with satellite TV and a further two twin rooms, all with built in wardrobes. Furnishings are tasteful and thoughtful. There is also a games room with 8' pool table and other games together with a PC with broadband internet access. You have your own pool 28’ X 12’, which can be heated for an extra charge.
